Lo facilitates a monthly Full Moon Gathering that occurs, centering the unique aspects of each moon.

For this gathering, please come prepared with a journal, pen and yoga mat. This event will include somatic connection through movement and breath, journal prompts, astrology teachings, a burn and release ritual, and oracle card readings. This gathering extends the opportunity to reflect, connect, and experience a personal release.
